Hello and welcome to the 2011 Pacific Pines Football Club Squirtz program. Our program will be commencing this Saturday 21 May 2011. All children born in 2007 (U4's) will commence training at 9:00 AM, with children born in 2006 (U5's) commencing at 9:45 AM. Hats will be provided to the children at the start of training on Saturday, however we ask that parents ensure the following prior to start time:
* That the children have access to a water bottle during training.
* The application of sunscreen is the repsonsibility of the parent.
* Children must wear shin pads in order to participate.
Football boots are not essential, however we do encourage the children to wear appropriate footwear as the fields can become slippery in the wet. In the event of wet weather, please check back on this website to confirm that the fields have not been closed.
I look forward to seeing you all on Saturday.
Kind regards,
Damion Palmer

WELCOME TO THE 2011 SEASON!
Football Queensland & Pacific Pines
Football Club are pleased to provide the
Football Squirtz Program.
This is the only recognised and endorsed program for children under the age of 5 and therefore participants are covered by the state insurance program.
The Squirtz program has been created to develop the football skills of 4 to 5 year olds. The program will enhance the opportunities for young children to receive quality, consistent coaching. The hope is that in acquiring basic skills, participating children will not only learn correct technique but will also develop a love of the “world game”.
The Squirtz program promotes football-based exercise and activity for younger children.
The program is not a “technical coaching” program, but a tempered introduction to the great sport of football. The very basics of the game are introduced and experienced by the participants through different drills, practices and games.
COMMENCES SATURDAY 21ST MAY
